氣液增壓泵的原理
Principle of gas-liquid booster pump
氣液增壓泵工作原理類似于壓力增壓器,對大徑空氣驅動活塞施加一個很低的壓力,當此壓力作用于一個小面積活塞上時,產生一個高壓。通過一個二位五通氣控換向閥,增壓泵能夠實現連續運行。
The working principle of the gas-liquid booster pump is similar to that of the pressure booster, which applies a very low pressure to the large diameter air driven piston. When this pressure acts on a small area piston, a high pressure is generated. The booster pump can realize continuous operation through a two position five vent control reversing valve.
由單向閥控制的高壓柱塞不斷的將液體排出,增壓泵的出口壓力大小與空氣驅動壓力有關。當驅動部分和輸出液體部分之間的壓力達到平衡時,增壓泵會停止運行,不再消耗空氣。當輸出壓力下降或空氣驅動壓力增加時,增壓泵會自動啟動運行,直到再次達到壓力平衡后自動停止。
The high-pressure plunger controlled by the check valve continuously discharges the liquid, and the outlet pressure of the booster pump is related to the air driving pressure. When the pressure between the drive part and the output liquid part reaches balance, the booster pump will stop running and no longer consume air. When the output pressure drops or the air drive pressure increases, the booster pump will automatically start and run until the pressure balance is reached again.
采用單氣控非平衡氣體分配閥來實現泵的自動往復運動,泵體氣驅部分采用鋁合金制造。接液部分根據介質不同選用碳鋼或不銹鋼,泵的全套密封件均為進口產品,從而保證了氣液增壓泵的性能。
The single air control non-equilibrium gas distribution valve is used to realize the automatic reciprocating motion of the pump, and the gas drive part of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy. Carbon steel or stainless steel shall be selected for the liquid connection part according to different media. The full set of seals of the pump are imported products, thus ensuring the performance of the gas-liquid booster pump.

1、輸出壓力高,大輸出壓力可高達400Mpa。

2、使用范圍廣,工作介質可為液壓油、水及大部分化學腐蝕性(相應的耐腐蝕材質密封)液體,并且可靠性高,免維護和壽命長。

4、自動保壓,無論何種原因造成保壓回路壓力下降,泵將自動啟動,補充泄漏壓力,保持回路壓力穩定。
